Determining the publishing date was difficult. John J. Jordan was referenced as the Notre Dame coach, but this did not happen until 1951-52. The Utah coach, Vadal Peterson, coached his last season in 1952-53. It is unlikely Peterson would be shown after he left coaching. Rupp likely introduced the re-start of this series the previous year. Thus, 1952-53 will be used.
