Published by the Athletic Institute (Chicago), a non-profit organization devoted to the advancement of athletics, recreation, and physical education. This is one of a 20 booklet series. Consultants on the project included Forrest "Phog" Allen (Kansas), Harold "Bud" Foster (Wisconsin), and Eddie Hickey (St. Louis University). These booklets were produced in the 1950s and sold for 50 cents. Primary indications are they were re-produced again around 1963 and were sold for 75 cents. The date is estimated to be 1952.
