Bunny Levitt How to make Free Throws - 1955
Description:
Dated of booklet based on Converse Yearbook and Athletic Journal information. This booklet was advertised in the September 1955 Athletic Journal as being free. 11 pp. After touring with the Globetrotters for 4 1/2 years, Levitt became a salesman with the shoe company Converse and assisted with basketball clinics sponsored by the company. Using his underhanded style, Levitt made a record 499 consecutive free throws in 1935 at a Chicago Sun-Times-sponsored event.
